We ship your order with DHL, UPS or PostNL depending on the country of delivery.
When you place an item in your shopping cart, you can use our shipping rates calculator to view the delivery cost. This way you know exactly how much you're spending on delivery before you confirm your order. Please ensure your delivery details and especially the delivery country is correct.
We‘ll send you an email when your order is dispatched. You will also receive an email with a track & trace number from the carrier that will deliver your order so that you can follow your package and know when to expect the delivery. Please note that delivery times quoted are for your guidance only and can not be guaranteed.
We do our utmost to pack your order carefully. However, on occasion parcels do arrive damaged. If this is the case, you can either refuse the delivery or sign for the parcel as DAMAGED. If you do so, take clear pictures of the parcel before you open it to inspect the content. If, by opening the package, you find that the content has been damaged, missing or that the order is not complete, please call us within 5 working days so that we can raise a claim with the carrier. We can only raise a claim if you provide us with clear pictures and contact us within 5 working days. If you sign for a damaged parcel you are accepting delivery and we will not be liable for any goods that have been damaged or went missing during transit.
From time to time a delivery is delayed due to unforeseen reasons. You can think of adverse weather conditions, a delivery lorry breaking down or Christmas season. You can check at any time the status of your delivery by using the track & trace number you have received per mail from the carrier that proceeds your order. Just go directly to the website of the carrier and enter your track & trace number to check for any updates regarding the delivery of your parcel.
On very rare occasion some parcels go missing. If you have not received your order after you have received your dispatch confirmation email, please get in touch with us so we can raise this investigation. We need to allow the couriers’ time to deliver your order so depending on your location and delivery method, please use the following table to help you decide when to contact us. Although we may still be able to trace your items after the time stated, we will not consider claims for lost items or undelivered after the stated period.
Occasionally orders are returned to us as undeliverable. This can happen when the address is incorrect or when it is a PO Box. It can also happen when the carrier, after making several attempts has not been able to deliver the parcel. In those cases, the parcel will then be returned to us by the carrier.
Please note that we are not able to make address changes for parcels after they have left us. So double-check the address carefully when placing your order. Should your parcel be returned to us as undeliverable, your order will be refunded.
