1.1. HOW DO I OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH A LITTLE PIECE OF HAPPINESS?
Simply click on Log in on the top right of the page. Fill out some details about yourself in the new customer section and you’re ready to go! You will receive a confirmation of your registration per e-mail.
1.2 HAVE FORGOTTEN MY PASSWORD - WHAT SHOULD I DO?
The quickest way to retrieve your password is by going to the log in page. In the section returning customer, simply click on Forgot your password? and enter your email address.
We will send you a link per email to reset your password.
1.3 DO I NEED TO OPEN AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER ONLINE?
No you don’t. You can place an order and checkout as a guest. However, creating an account will allow you to follow your orders and returns. You will also be able to place orders in the future faster as you will not have to enter your details again.

2.2 ARE ALL ITEMS DIRECTLY DELIVERED FROM STOCK?
Yes, all items that you can order at A Little Piece of Happiness are delivered directly from stock. If your favourite item is temporarily out of stock, you will not be able to able but we can notice you when it is back in stock.
3.1 HOW LONG WILL THE DELIVERY OF MY ORDER TAKE?
Delivery will vary from 1 to 6 working days depending on the delivery country.
You can get an estimate of the delivery date on the product page by simply choosing your country of delivery.
3.2 WHO IS SHIPPING MY ORDER?
We work together with several carriers to offer the best shipping rate per country. Our preferred carriers are DHL and UPS.
3.3 DO YOU DELIVER TO ALL COUNTRIES?
At the moment we deliver to the following countries: United Kingdom, The Netherlands,
Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg and Sweden.

4.1 WHAT IS A LITTLE PIECE OF HAPPINESS REFUND POLICY?
We will refund any unused and in original condition item within 30 days of purchase. You can find more information on our refund policy on the Orders & Returns
4.2 WHY WON'T YOU ACCEPT MY RETURN?
Occasionally we may have to reject a return. Below are some of the most common reasons of not accepting a return:
- It has gone past 30 days from date of purchase – our return policy only extends to 30 days.
- It has been returned with damaged packaging – we are unable to accept a return with incomplete/damaged original packaging.
- The label is no longer attached to the item.
- It has clearly been used.
- It is an item that is exempt from return ( food, body care items such as creams/lotions/oils/soaps/lip balms etc).
5.1 WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DOES A LITTLE PIECE OF HAPPINESS ACCEPT?
We accept payments by IDeal, PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Sofort.
5.2 WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED FOR MY ORDER?
All orders are charged at point of sale. This means we debit your card or you send us a PayPal payment for the full amount of the order as soon as you complete your order.
5.3 WHAT CURRENCIES CAN I PAY IN?
At the moment, we only accept payments in EUR.
6.1 WHERE DO I APPLY A DISCOUNT CODE?
You can apply your discount code on your cart page. Please remember to do this before going through the checkout process.
7.1 HOW DO I SUBSCRIBE TO YOUR NEWSLETTER?
